The FW Series of abdominal training ladders and boards allow you to customize your facility set-up.  All components sold separately.  Larger ladder frame  also available. 

FW-142 Single Ladder Rack features:

• 1.5" x 1.5", 11 gauge steel frame
• 1" solid chrome cross bars
• Durable powder coat finish.

FW-143 Sit Up Board features:

• 60" L x 24" W. 100 lbs.
• 1.25" x 1.5" x 1.5" angle steel frames
• Heavy padded rollers
• Assist handle.
• Wheels for easy transport.

FW-144 Raised Leg Sit Up/Hump Board features:
